New to our Tours or Need a Refresher?

Tours take place on the third Thursday of every month. We alternate between the East and West sides, and occasionally include North County tours.

For each tour, we map out the properties. The first home on the tour hosts a meeting where the Chair will give everyone an opportunity to share their properties, updates, and any wants/needs. Breakfast is provided at the first stop.

If it’s a longer tour, the final property will host lunch.

The cost to feature a property on tour is $25, which is refunded if you’re hosting breakfast or lunch. We also provide QR codes for agents to leave feedback. LaVern Heiner compiles and distributes the feedback the next day, so you can share it with your seller.

NOTE:

Plan to come to the first home for the meeting and introduction, be prepared to talk about your property and then be sure to have your property opened up and ready. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please let us know.
