There are several opportunities to participate with Greater Vancouver Luxury Homes.

RATES: All sponsorships are billed on an annual basis. Invoicing completed by January 5th and due January 31st.
Presenting Sponsor: $3000 Annually
There will be ONE Presenting Sponsor.
- Presenting Sponsor’s name is incorporated with show name for the official show title, i.e. “Presented By”.
- Presenting Sponsor’s logo will be included along with the official show logo.
- Presenting Sponsor’s logo will be included on all consumer and trade advertising used to support the Greater Vancouver Luxury Homes This includes, print, radio, public relations, online and direct marketing efforts.
- Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to create giveaway or promotion with bounce back opportunities for consumers to visit their showroom or website.
- Presenting Sponsor will appear on the GVLH website with a link to sponsor’s website.
- Presenting Sponsor may have a representative in four Tour homes during the run of the event and may distribute promotional materials to all Tour homes.
- A representative from Presenting Sponsor will be included at the monthly GVLH Tour for Real Estate Agents creating opportunities to network one on one with participating Realtors.
- Presenting Sponsor will receive the following: 4 blogs (750 words or less to be approved by GVLH prior to posting).
Participating Sponsor: $1000 Annually
An unlimited number of Participating Sponsors may be secured to help support and operate the show. Participating sponsors receive level exclusivity.
- Participating Sponsors’ logo will be included on all consumer and trade advertising used to support the Greater Vancouver Luxury Homes This includes, print, radio, public relations, online and direct marketing efforts.
- Participating Sponsor may have a representative in two Tour homes during the run of the event and may distribute promotional materials to all Tour homes.
- Participating Sponsor will be included at the monthly GVLH Tour for Real Estate Agents, creating opportunities to network one on one with participating Realtors.
- Participating Sponsor will appear on the GVLH website with a link to sponsor’s website.
- Participating Sponsor will receive the following: 3 blogs (750 words or less to be approved by GVLH prior to posting).
- Longest term Participating Sponsor will have Right of First Refusal to take the Presenting Level Sponsorship if the current Presenting Sponsor does not renew their Sponsorship. There is only one Presenting Sponsor at a time.
Supporting Sponsor: $500 Annually
An unlimited number of Supporting Sponsors may be secured to help support and operate the show. Supporting sponsors receive level exclusivity.
- Supporting Sponsor will appear on the GVLH website on the Sponsorship Page with a link to sponsor’s website.
- ONE representative from Supporting Sponsor may be included at all the monthly GVLH Tour for Real Estate Agents, creating opportunities to network one on one with participating Realtors.
- Supporting Sponsors will have Right of First Refusal to take a Participating Level Sponsorship in their category if the current Participating Sponsor does not renew their Sponsorship.
Brokerage Sponsor: $500 Annually
An unlimited number of Brokerage Sponsors may be secured to help support and operate the show.
- Brokerage Sponsor will appear on the GVLH Tour website with a link to sponsors website.
- Brokerage Sponsors’ logo will be included on all consumer and trade advertising used to support the GVLH Tour. This includes, print, radio, public relations, online and direct marketing efforts.
Affiliate Title Membership: $500 Annually
An unlimited number of Affiliate Title Members may be secured to help support and operate the show.
- Affiliate Title Member will appear on the GVLH Tour website with a link to sponsor’s website.
- Two representatives from Affiliate Title Member will be included at all monthly GVLH Tours for Real Estate Agents, creating opportunities to network one on one with participating Realtors.
Realtor Membership: $150 Annually
(If Joining in Q4, Membership will go thru 12/31 of the Following Year)
An unlimited number of Realtor Members may be secured to help support and operate the show.
- Putting properties on tour; exposing your properties to the Luxury Home market
- Using the GVLH marketing tools provided by GVLH (including the Logo)
- Increased Internet/Social Media exposure
- Personal “splash page” complete with bio and photo
- Participation in the “Spring Tour”
- Cost effective marketing
