A little background. A former member of the United States Navy, I served as a shore patrol officer, and technician, both on ship and shore duty. As a military veteran, adherence to rules and regulations makes it easy for me to respect the Realtor Code of Ethics, as well as its enforcement. I am a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Clark County Association of Realtors, set up to monitor, educate, and enforce that code.Service is the main description of how we approach being a real estate agent. Being a Realtor. We serve YOU.Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I attended University of North Texas, and after Honorable Discharge from the USN, moved from San Diego, CA to Vancouver, WA. I was involved in Stream Stewardship clubs, and SO appreciate the nature and beauty of the Pacific Northwest ! Currently with my business partner Christi Mangner, we recruit donations (from fellow agents, clients, and the public) for the homeless community, distributing them directly to those in need, as well as to those organizations that serve them. I attended Clark College and acquired an AA degree in biology and music. Oh yeah- I'm in a rock band ! Christi Mangner is its lead singer, and I'm the guitarist & backup vocalist.
