Her delight in helping others develop their strengths and pursue what makes them happy has inspired an accepting and collaborative work environment that encourages professional, personal, and spiritual growth.As a real estate broker, Charline leverages four decades of real estate, business management, and leadership experience to help homeowners exceed their real estate goals. She believes her most important role is to educate clients and help them make informed decisions.Charline’s distant relatives were among Washougal’s first settlers, and she opened Washougal’s only brick and mortar brokerage in 2013 to honor her roots and help homeowners and the local community grow and thrive. “I understand what makes the Camas-Washougal community a special place to call home because I live, work, and play here, too," she said. "It’s a privilege to be a part of my neighbor’s real estate story.”Charline and her husband Ron live on their 90-acre family homestead 5 miles east of Washougal in the Gorge National Scenic Area. The farm has been in her family for four generations. She's also a board member of the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce.
