Hi there! My name is Eric; I am a Licensed Managing Broker in the state of Washington, and also licensed in California to sell Real Estate. I began my path to real estate 4+ years ago, and I’m proud to say that today I am paving the way to make it a better all-around experience. From my previous experience in real estate development in the commercial sector, property management background, and years of cell phone sales under my belt, I am well-equipped to take on anything and anyone. When I purchased my home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest from sunny SoCal, to say the experience was stressful and beyond overwhelming would be an understatement. I have vowed to give my clients the complete opposite experience; As a Real Estate Broker, we can be “Dream Makers” helping individuals, couples, and families find the right home for them today and tomorrow. I pride myself on giving my clients the same hustle I give in all aspects of my life, and I make sure they are fully supported throughout the entire process. I negotiate for them as if I am dealing with my own money, with the goal of leaving no money on the table. By the time I hand over the keys, I will have not only made a new friend, but hopefully someone who considers me family. Most importantly, I am a husband to a beautiful wife, a father to two amazing children, and a God loving Christian. All in all, I do it all in love and for them.
