James spent over two decades in the restaurant industry honing his people skills and ability to multi-task before jumping to real estate. He now boasts more than 10 years in the real estate industry and nearly 9 years on the Jeanne Paul Team. James was integral to the success of the Jeanne Paul Team reaching the Top 100 Best Realtor's in Portland.James is a graduate of Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts and is an award winning screenwriter. He’s also been a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Love Portland – two programs dedicated to making Portland a better city.
