John has been a Certified appraiser since 2003 and a Licensed Realtor since 2010. John is the owner and Managing Broker of NW Rose Real Estate. He is also a Washington state certified Real Estate instructor. John served in the USAF for 6 years after college and now is an active member of the Ridgefield post 44 American Legion. When not working John enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children doing outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, & boating.
