Nycole Peraza-LaFave recently joined Knipe Realty powered by ERA in 2016. In 2019 Nycole was awarded ERA's highest award; 2018 LEADERS CIRCLE. Nycole was also invited in February 2019 to attend a private mastermind session with Gary Keller, CEO of Keller Williams. Nycole has nineteen years of experience in a star studded real estate career. In 2004 she helped open the first Keller Williams Realty office in the Pacific Northwest. She served on the Agent Leadership Council, was a CORE member, taught numerous real estate classes, and was a community leader at Fishers Landing Elementary on the Shared Leadership Council. Prior to real estate, Nycole worked for Hewlett-Packard for ten years. Her exposure to leading edge marketing and focus on putting the client first, has helped transform Nycole into one of the top agents in Clark County, WA.
